羊膜联合减压阀在新生血管性青光眼中的综合应用价值探讨

Investigation on the comprehensive application value of amniotic membrane combined with compression release valve in patients with neovascular glaucoma

目的研究及探讨羊膜联合减压阀在新生血管性青光眼中的综合应用价值.方法：选取2012 年4 月-2014 年2 月于本院进行治疗的60 例新生血管性青光眼患者为研究对象,将其根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组（减压阀治疗组）30 例和观察组（羊膜联合减压阀治疗组）30 例,然后将两组患者治疗前后的眼压、视力及泪液、血清相关指标进行分别统计及比较.结果：观察组治疗后不同时间的眼压及视力改善情况均好于对照组,泪液及血清相关指标也均低于对照组,P 均〈0.05,均有显著性差异.结论：羊膜联合减压阀在新生血管性青光眼中的综合应用价值相对更高,更有助于患者术后疾病状态的全面改善.

ObjectiveTo study and investigate the comprehensive application value of amniotic membrane combined with compression release valve in patients withneovascular glaucoma.Methods：60 patients with neovascular glaucoma in our hospital from April 2012 to February 2014 were selected as study object,and they were divided intocontrol group（compression release valve treatment group）30 cases and observation group（amniotic membrane combined with compression release valve treatment group）30 cases,then the intra-ocular tension,vision and tear,serum related indexes of two groups before and after the treatment were respectively analyzed and compared. Results：The intra-oculartension and vision improvement situation of observation group at different time after the treatment were all better than those of control group,tear and serum related indexes were alllower than those of control group too,all P〈0.05,there were significant differences between those indexes.Conclusion：The comprehensive application value of amniotic membranecombined with compression release valve in patients with neovascular glaucoma is relatively higher,and it is more helpful for the comprehensive improvement of the postoperativedisease state of patients.
