目的分析BIS 监测在老年患者全身麻醉中的运用.方法：选取2013 年4 月-2014 年4 月间我院收治的需要全身麻醉进行手术的老年患者113 例,分为两组.对照组应用NT 监测调整全麻深度,观察组应用BIS 监测调整全麻深度,对比两组麻醉期间的药物用量、血流动力学、并发症发生情况与麻醉恢复情况.结果：麻醉期间,两组患者血流动力学、药物用量、麻醉恢复状况差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,观察组未见术中知晓病例,对照组术中知晓3 例,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：老年患者全身麻醉应用BIS 监测有利于减轻心率与血压波动,用药量小,恢复快速,并发症少,安全性高,值得推广.

Objective To analyze the BIS monitoring in older patients in the use of general anesthesia. Methods： April 2013 April between -2014 need our hospital undergeneral anesthesia for surgery in elderly patients 113 cases were divided into two groups. Adjust the control group NT monitoring anesthesia depth observation group BIS monitoringapplication to adjust the depth of anesthesia, contrast drug dosage groups during anesthesia, hemodynamics, incidence of complications with anesthesia recovery. Results： Duringanesthesia, patients were hemodynamics, drug dosage, anesthesia recovery of the difference was not statistically significant （P〉 0.05）, the observation group and no cases ofintraoperative awareness, group 3 cases of intraoperative awareness, there are statistical differences significance （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The application of general anesthesia in elderlypatients with BIS monitoring will help reduce heart rate and blood pressure fluctuations, small dosage, rapid recovery, fewer complications, safe, worthy of promotion.
