超声心动图评价胎儿单纯性室间隔缺损诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨胎儿心脏超声检查对室间隔缺损（ventricular septal defect,VSD）的诊断价值.方法：2008年6月至2013月12月,所有妊娠18～22周孕妇在我院进行胎儿心脏超声检查,选取检出单纯VSD病例,产后心脏超声检查随访结果纳入本研究.结果：单纯性VSD检出情况：产前胎儿心脏超声检出104例,经产后随访：大于5mmVSD30例均证实,符合率100%;小于5mmVSD74例,产后证实55例,另19例产后超声心动图未见异常,误诊率18%（19/104）;产前未见VSD,产后诊断VSD12例,漏诊率10%（12/104＋12）.结论：产前胎儿心脏超声检查对于较大的VSD检出率较高,较小的VSD有较高的误诊率和漏诊率.
