前置胎盘的手术护理分析

目的探讨前置胎盘的手术护理方法.方法：本文选取我院自2012 年1 月-2014 年1 月收治的46 例前置胎盘围术期产妇为研究对象;按照护理方式的不同分为常规组20 例与系统护理组26 例.对比分析护理后两组的分娩结果、新生儿死亡率等.结果：系统护理组产妇术中出血量、术后24h 出血量、手术时间均小于常规组;系统护理组的新生儿死亡率明显小于常规组;且两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）结论：给予前置胎盘围术期产妇有效的临床护理,能够明显提高分娩质量,减少手术时间,减少术中出血量,改善产妇症状,提高产妇生命安全系数,因而值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore the methods of nursing care in the operationof placenta previa. Methods： This paper collected 46 cases of placenta previain our hospitalfrom 2012 January ~2014 year in January admitted to theperioperative period for maternal study; according to the different nursing models divided into normal group of 20patients with systematic nursing group in 26 cases. Analysis of delivery results, two groups of nursing after neonatalmortality contrast. Results： the amount ofbleeding, postoperative systematic nursing group during cesarean section hemorrhage after 24h is less than that of normal group, operation time; systematic nursing group neonatalmortality rate obviously lower than conventional group; statistically significant and the difference between the two groups （P〈0.05） conclusion： placentapreviaperioperative patient clinical nursing effective, can significantly improve the the quality of delivery, reduce the operation time, reduce the amount of bleedingduringoperation, improve maternal symptoms, improve safety coefficient of maternal life, so it is worthy of clinical application.
