全口种植患者术前实施心理护理的效果分析

目的探讨全口种植患者术前实施心理护理的.方法：选取2011 年1 月-2014 年1 月我院口腔科收治29 例全口种植患者作为观察对象,回顾性分析并总结医护人员对全口种植患者实施术前准备、健康教育、心理护理情况,观察护理效果.结果：29 例无牙颌患者,植入种植体共562 枚,经随访2 例患者共3 枚种植体脱落,均为种植体周围炎,总体成功率达99.4%.结论：术前对全口种植患者进行适当的心理护理,消除其紧张、恐惧等情绪,可提高种植成功率,减少医疗纠纷.
