护理干预应用于老年食管癌患者术后并发症中的效果分析

目的探究实施优质的护理干预对预防老年食管癌患者术后并发症的疗效.方法：选取在我院进行手术治疗的70 例老年食管癌患者,随机将70 患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各35 例.给予对照组患者常规的手术护理;而在围术期给予观察组患者针对性强的护理干预.结果：观察组患者术后并发症的发生率和死亡率明显比对照组患者更低（P〈0.05）.讨论：在围术期给予老年食管癌患者有效的干预护理服务大大地降低了患者的术后并发症发生率和死亡率,值得临床推广.
