胃旁路术治疗2型糖尿病术后糖脂变化

摘要 目的分析胃旁路术(GBP)治疗2 型糖尿病(T2DM) 合并血脂异常患者术后血脂变化.方法:19 例T2DM 合并高血脂患者行GBP,分析术前、后空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及术后3 月患者血脂变化.结果:术后3 月FPG 有16 例完全正常,不需药物治疗,治愈率达84.2%;HbA1c 与术前比较明显下降(P〈0.05);术后3 月复查高血脂患者总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)均较术前明显下降,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)较术前明显升高.结论:GBP 术治疗T2DM 合并高血脂患者疗效肯定,值得临床推广. objectiveAnalysis of gastric bypass surgery (GBP) for type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients blood lipid change postoperatively in patients with dyslipidemia.Methods:19 patients with T2DM combined hyperlipidemia GBP, analysis before and after fasting plasma glucose (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and postoperative patientsblood lipid changes in March.Results:Postoperative march FPG with 16 cases were completely normal, do not need medication, the cure rate was 84.2%; HbA1c compared withpreoperative significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05); Postoperative 3 months review hyperlipidemia patients with total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL - C)are compared with preoperative declined obviously, high-density lipoprotein (HDL - C) compared with preoperative elevated obviously.Conclusion:GBP surgery in the treatment ofT2DM combined hyperlipidemia patient curative effect, worth clinical promotion.
