老年痴呆患者健康教育的效果分析

摘要 目的分析健康教育在老年痴呆患者护理中的临床效果.方法:选取了2012 年3 月至2013 年3 月在本院干部病房一科住院患者中,明确诊断为老年痴呆患者共64 例,病程1.5-6 年.随机均分为对照组和观察组.其中30 例对照组患者进行一般的护理与治疗,另外34 例观察组在进行一般护理与治疗的基础之上加入了健康教育.对两组患者在药物治疗依顺性、并发症复发率上进行观察记录.结果:较对照组而言,观察组在后期药物治疗依顺性方面明显提高,同时后期并发症复发率水平明显低于对照组.P〈0.05,两组差异具有显著性的统计学意义.结论:健康教育在老年痴呆患者护理具有较好的临床效果,可以推广运用. Objective To analyze clinical effect of health education in patients with Alzheimer's care. Methods: From March 2012 to March 2013 in our hospital cadre ward inhospital patients, the diagnosis for a total of 64 patients with senile dementia, 1.5-6 years duration. Randomly were divided into control group and observation group. Among 30 cases ofcontrol group in patients with general care and treatment, the other 34 cases of observation group on the basis of the general care and treatment of joined the health education. Onmedication compliance in patients with two groups of sex observation records, complications, recurrence rate. Results: Compared with control group and observation group in the latemedication compliance sexual improved obviously, and late complications, recurrence rate levels significantly lower than the control group. With significant difference (P 〈 0.05), twogroups of statistical significance. Conclusion: Health education in patients with dementia care has good clinical effect, can promote use.
