摘要
目的运用赫茨伯格的激励一保健双因素论和马斯洛的人的基本需求论进行护理管理,充分发挥质控组织职能,保障护理人员切实落实各项治疗和护理措施,减少护理缺陷的发生,为患者提供高效、优质、安全的护理服务.方法:制定专项检查的目标,采用定期检查与不定期抽查的护理质控方法,质控工作按PDCA 模式进行,对存在护理质量问题每月进行验证,半年以上不再发生为合格,每季度分别组织进行一次系统内护理质量评比,观摩整体及单项模版科室,纳入奖惩激励措施,并运用流动红旗、优秀护理团队、尊重激励法.结果:激励所有病区护士长积极向上的工作热情,提高了护理质量和管理效能.结论:赫茨伯格的激励一保健双因素论和马斯洛的人的基本需求论,对护理管理工作具有推广价值,对护理质量的发展具有推动作用.
ObjectiveTo evaluate the application of the basic needs of motivation - Hygiene Theory and Maslow's human theory of Herzberg in nursing management, give fullplay to the functions of nursing staff quality control organization, ensure the effective implementation of various treatment and nursing measures, reduce the defects of nursing, nursingservices provided for efficient, high-quality, safe for patients. Method:of making a special inspection of the target, the nursing quality control methods by regular inspection andoccasional spot checks of the quality control work, according to the PDCA model, to verify the existence of the monthly quality of care problems, more than half a year no longer occuras qualified, each quarter organization quality assessment of nursing a system, to observe the whole and single template section, into the rewards and punishment incentives, and the useof the floating flags, excellent nursing team, respect incentive method. Results:the motivation of all head nurse positive work enthusiasm, improve nursing quality and managementefficiency. The basic needs of motivation - Hygiene Theory and Maslow's human results of Herzberg theory, has the value of popularization of nursing management, has a role inpromoting the development of nursing quality.
