富马酸伊布利特在房颤转律的临床观察

目的观察富马酸伊布利特在房颤转律中的临床治疗效果.方法：搜集2013 年7 月-2014 年7 月我院接收的房颤74 例患者,按照不同治疗方法分为研究组与对照组.给予研究组37 例富马酸伊布利特,给予对照组37 例普罗帕酮.观察研究组与对照组的治疗效果,并对比.结果：与对照组相比研究组转律成功率较高,转律时间较短,不良反应较少,有明显差异,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：富马酸伊布利特在房颤转律中的治疗效果较好,转律成功率较高,且快速、有效,安全性较高,值得推广.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ibutilide fumarate in cardioversion of atrial fibrillation. Methods： 74 patients with atrial fibrillation in July 2013 -2014July I received hospital, according to the different treatment methods are divided into study group and the control group. Given study group 37 cases ibutilide fumarate, administered tothe control group, 37 cases of propafenone. Treatment effect was observed in the study group and the control group, and contrast. Results： The study group compared with the controlgroup, the success rate is higher cardioversion, cardioversion shorter, fewer adverse reactions, there are significant differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：ibutilide fumarate treatment in atrial cardioversion in good cardioversion higher success rate, and fast, efficient, high security, it is worth promoting.
