整体护理对子宫切口妊娠患者行子宫动脉化疗栓塞术的影响

The influence of holistic nursing on the uterine artery chemoembolization in patients with pregnancy within caesarean section scar.

目的了解整体护理对子宫切口妊娠患者行子宫动脉化疗栓塞术的影响.方法：48 例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均行子宫切口妊娠患者行子宫动脉化疗栓塞术.观察组25 例,给予整体护理,对照组23 例,常规护理.手术后比较两组恶心、呕吐、疼痛、溃疡及发热等不良反应发生率,汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分（HAMA）,并进行护理质量满意度调查.结果：不良发应发生率观察组40.0%,对照组69.56%,观察组低于对照组（χ^2=4.22,P〈0.05）.出院时HAMA 评分观察组13.24±2.13,对照组15.54±2.42,观察组评分显著低于对照组（t=3.50,P〈0.01）.出院时观察组总体满意度显著高于对照组（χ^2=7.05,P〈0.01）.结论：整体护理能减轻患者治疗中的不良反应发生率,减轻患者的焦虑情绪,提高护理工作的满意度.

ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of holistic nursing on the uterine artery chemoembolization in patients with pregnancy within caesarean section scar.Methods： 48 patients were randomly enrolled experiment group（25cases） and contrast group（23cases）, In two groups the patients with pregnancy within caesarean section scar wereconducted with the uterine artery chemoembolization.The patients in experiment group were accepted holistic nursing,those in contrast group were accepted routine nursing.Afteroperation,we compared the incidence of adverse reactions including nausea,vomit,pain,ulcer and fever and the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA） in two groups,and surveyedthe care quality satisfaction.Results：The incidence of adverse reactions in experiment group was lower than that in contrast group （respectively 40.0% ,69.56%;χ^2=4.22,P〈0.05）. Atdischarge the scores of HAMA in experiment group was significantly lower than those in contrast group（respectively 13.24±2.13 ,15.54±2.42; t=3.50,P〈0.01）.At discharge overallsatisfaction in experiment group was significantly higher than that in contrast group（χ^2=7.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Holistic nursing may reduce the incidence of adverse reactions andanxiety in patients,improve the care quality satisfaction.
