针灸中西药联合施用辨证治疗季节性过敏性鼻炎100例临床观察

目的观察西药西替利嗪配合针灸及中药汤剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效.方法：将100 例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50 例.对照组口服西替利嗪片加鼻腔局部应用布地奈德喷鼻;治疗组采用口服西替利嗪结合针灸及汤剂治疗.结果：随访一年后,治疗组总有效率为84%,对照组总有效率为44%.两组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组总有效率优于对照组.结论：针药联合施用辨证治疗过敏性鼻炎总有效率明显优于单纯西药治疗.

objective： to observe the western medicine of acupuncture and Chinese medicine medicinal broth and cetirizine for the treatment of allergic rhinitis the clinicalcurative effect. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 50 cases each. The control group oral cetirizine slice topical applicationbudesonide nasal spray; The treatment group used oral cetirizine treatment combined with acupuncture and medicinal broth. Results： followed up a year later, the treatment group totaleffective rate was 84%, control group total effective rate was 44%. Compared the two groups was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）, treatment group total effectiveness isbetter than the control group. Conclusion： needle medicine combining syndrome differentiation treatment of allergic rhinitis total effective rate was better than pure western medicinetreatment.
