摘要
大庆油田开发建设50多年来,建立了以大庆精神、铁人精神为核心和灵魂的质量文化。针对大庆油田质量文化建设的实际,从大庆油田质量文化的形成与重要作用、大庆油田质量文化建设的传承与发展、加强大庆油田质量文化建设的具体措施等方面进行了分析,提出了加强大庆油田质量文化建设的具体措施。
Daqing Oilfield has established the quality culture of ＂Daqing Spirit and Iron Man Spirit＂ as core and soul in more than 50 years since the establishment of Daqing Oilfield. Some specific measures for enhancing the quality culture construction of Daqing Oilfield are put forward from the formation and the important role of Daqing Oilfield, the inheritance and development of the quality culture construction of Daqing Oilfield.
