通过井下作业质量数据,分析了文南油田在井下作业过程中发生的不合格作业工序、不合格作业井和造成工程事故井的主要原因,应用过程方法从"人、物、环、管"等直接环节入手,改善质量过程管理,措施实施后见到了一定成效,作业质量得到了提升,油水井免修周期得到了延长,为改善油藏经营管理水平和整体效益起到了积极作用。

The unqualified operation processes, the unqualified operation wells and accident wells of Wennan Oilfield in downhole operation process are analyzed according to downhole operation data, and the quality process management is improved from improving the quality concept of people, improving the quality of materials, improving operation environment and perfecting management system using process analysis method. After implementing the measures, some successes are achieved and downhole operation quality is improved. The free-repair cycle of oil and water wells is lengthened, which is of important effect on the improvement of oil reservoir management level and total benefit.
