摘要
通过对宁夏用水情况分析,结合宁夏用水面临的问题提出了调整水价、规范用水管理、节约用水的建议。
In combination with the current water utilization situation and the issues facing in Ningxia, some suggestions for adjusting the water price and water saving are put forward.
