摘要
"三从一大"是在我国长期竞技体育发展过程中,归纳和总结出来指导运动训练实践的基本原则,并一直存在着多视角的学术争论。运用文献资料和逻辑分析法,结合2014世界杯运动员表现出超强体能的情况,针对我国运动员有关训练问题,重新回顾"三从一大"的实践意义;探讨了正确认识和理解"三从一大"的思路,提出"三从一大"的含义是逐渐发展、与时俱进的,在新时期贯彻"三从一大"必须以人的全面发展为目标,以竞技实力为中心,坚持以人为本的理念。
The principles of the"Three Requirements and Heavy Load"( TRHL) training is an important science issue which is closely related to the development of our competitive sport. Applying documentation and logic analysis method,this article deeply expounds the historical merit and the development of TRHL,discussing the thinking way of cognizing and comprehending of TRHL. This article proposes that the meaning of TRHL which develops step by step and keeps with the time. In the new era,we should regard man's scale development as target,taking tournament real strength as center,sticking to the concept of people-oriented.
