天津市天穆社区60岁及以上老年人查体结果分析

Analysis on Physical Examination Results of Elderly People in Tianmu Community of Tianjin

目的了解本辖区老年人的健康状况,为社区慢性病管理提供依据。方法收集参加体检的≥60岁老年人体检结果,运用统计学方法进行分析。结果高血压、糖尿病和脑卒中随着年龄增长发病率有所提高;肥胖对高血压、糖尿病和脑卒中有较大影响;血脂异常与高血压、糖尿病等关系紧密。结论本辖区老年人指标异常及慢性病检出率高,防控压力严峻,应加强社区管理及健康教育,改善生活方式,提高生活质量。

Objective To find out the health status of the elderly people in Tianmu community, and to provide a basis for chronic disease management. Methods To collect the results of the physical examination of people aged more than 60-ar-old and analyze the data by the statistical methods. Results Hypertension, diabetes and stroke incidence with age increased, obesity has a greater impact on hypertension, diabetes and stroke, the relationships between dyslipidemia and hypertension, diabetes are close. Conclusion There is a high level of incidence rate of chronic diseases in Tianmu community, where prevention and control are under severe pressure, so we should strengthen community management and health education to change lifestyles and improve quality of life.
