内战结束后塞拉利昂教育行政的改革

摘要 塞拉利昂内战结束后的教育行政经历了中央集权向地方分权的改革。该国在内战结束初期通过多项教育法案,为改革提供了较为完善的法律环境,同时面对诸如法律的模棱两可、教育相关部门的权责不清、能力建设不足和地区间差异较大等巨大挑战,改革采取了较为谨慎的方式。
