房产权证附图的自动配制研究

随着房地产事业的发展,房屋交易越来越频繁,产权产籍系统对测绘成果的需求是越发紧迫,实现权属信息与测绘成果尤其是图形信息的关联可以有效解决房产证附图自动制图的需要。本文通过研究与实践,实现了BMF系统与产权产籍系统的快速关联,为房产权证附图的自动制图提供了便捷的实现方法。

With the development ＇of real estate industry, the housing transactions have become frequent, so it results the urgent demand for surveying and mapping results of the property right system , Realizing the ownership information and surveying and mapping results , especially associate graphic information can effectively solve the demand of automatic chart --making for estate House property certificate. In this paper, through the research and practice of BMF system, it reali- zes the fast association for property right system, and provides a conveniently realizing method for automatic chart--mak- ing for estate House property certificate.
