天铁焦化厂提高焦炉装煤量生产实践

Production Practice of Increasing Coke Oven Coal Capacity at Tiantie Coking Plant

针对天铁焦化厂装煤量偏低的现象,分析出其产生原因,通过调整配合煤细度、改造平煤杆与推焦杆、重新制定平煤时间、优化平煤方式等改进措施,降低了炼焦工序成本,提高了焦炉装煤量,取得了较高的经济效益。

The paper analyzes the reasons of low coal capacity at Tiantie Coking Plant. Improvement measures of adjusting coal fineness, modifying coal leveling bar and coke pushing bar, redefining coal leveling time and optimizing coal leveling method are taken to lower the cost of coking process and increase coal capacity at coke oven. High economic benefit is achieved.
