摘要
对艾默生EV3000变频器在天铁运输部起重机控制系统应用过程中出现的问题进行了分析,通过调整其控制参数、优化控制工艺及变频器的选定,有效地降低了起重机设备故障率,提高了工作效率,降低了劳动强度,保障了装运工作的正常运转。
The paper analyzes the problems occurring in Emerson EV3000 frequency converter during the operation process of crane control system of Tiantie Transportation Division. Control parameters are adjusted and control process and frequency converter selection optimized. Crane failure rate is effectively lowered with improved working efficiency and reduced labor strength. The normal running of loading and transportation work is ensured.
