摘要
为了了解真丝织物组织结构及染色加工对织物防紫外性能的影响,文章通过测定不同真丝面料的紫外光透射率及UPF值,探讨了组织结构、平方米质量及颜色深浅对真丝面料吸收紫外线性能的影响。结果显示,电力纺及素绉缎较双绉面料具有更好的防护作用;面料平方米质量越高,吸收紫外线能力越强,UPF值越高;颜色较深的真丝面料防紫外线能力更强。其中深咖色电力纺(34.4 g/m2)较其余样品对紫外线具有更好的防护作用(透射率<5%,UPF>30)。
In order to study weave structure of silk fabrics and effects of dyeing on anti-UV property of fabrics,this paper discusses and researches effects of weave structure,quality per square meter and color on anti-UV property of silk fabrics through determining UV-light transmittance and UPF value of silk fabrics.The results show that Silk Habotai and Silk crepe satin plain show better protection functions; if quality per square meter is higher,UV ray absorption ability is stronger and UPF value is higher; the silk fabrics with darker color has stronger anti-UN property.Dark coffee Silk Habotai (34.4 g/m^2) has better protection function than other samples (transmittance 〈5%,UPF 〉30).
