浅谈船闸混凝土冬季施工管理

Management of navigation lock concrete construction in winter

介绍某船闸冬季施工时,对钢筋加工、焊接时的质量控制,对混凝土拌制、运输、浇筑、养护等各个环节提出相应的防冻措施,尤其是对闸室墙等薄壁结构增加措施,并监测混凝土原材料和生产过程中的温度,避免混凝土早期冻害,提高混凝土早期强度,增强混凝土本身抵抗冻害的能力。

It introduces the process of steel and the controlling of welding in the construction of a navigation lock in winter. Suggestions are made on the manufacture,transportation,placing and maintaining of concrete,especially the thin-walled structure of lock chamber. The coming of the raw material and the temperature on producing is monitored, so as to avoid the early damage, enhance the strength and the frost-resistance of the concrete in the early time.
