Comprehensive Nursing on Complications of Deep Vein Indwelling Catheter during Hemodialysis

目的探讨综合护理干预对血液透析深静脉留置导管并发症的影响。方法 78例血液透析患者分别给予综合护理及常规护理,比较导管留置时间及并发症的发生情况。结果观察组静脉留置时间较对照组长,并发症发生率明显低于对照组。结论综合护理干预降低深静脉留置导管并发症的发生,有效延长导管留置时间。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on complications of deep vein indwelling catheter in patients with hemodialysis. Methods 78 hemodialysis patients were given comprehensive nursing and conventional nursing respectively, we compared the catheter time and occurrence of complications. Results The catheter time of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group, and the complication rate of indwelling catheter was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can reduce the incidence of catheter complications and extend the catheter indwelling time.
