重度牙周炎即刻种植80例临床效果观察

目的观察分析重度牙周炎即刻种植80例临床效果。方法选取2011年4月至2014年4月在我院收治的102例牙周病患者共160颗牙,随机将其分成对照组与研究组两组,对照组采用常规种植术,研究组采用即刻种植及即刻修复术治疗。结果研究组总有效率为95.0%;对照组总有效率为71.3%。研究组种植体体积大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组骨吸收水平为(0.58±0.20)mm明显优于对照组的(1.43±0.22)mm,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用即刻种植度技术治疗重度牙周炎患者,疗效显著且美观,值得临床推广应用。

Objeetive To analysis for clinical effect of 80 cases Severe periodontitis instantly planting. Methods Selectting April 2011-April 2014 in our hospital during the period of 102 patients with periodontal disease, a total of 160 teeth, randomly divided into control group and the team will be two） groups, the control group using conventional planting technique, the team with immediate planting and immediate prosthesis treatment. Results The team total effective rate was 95.0%;The control group total effective rate was 71.3%. Visible team implant volume was greater than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Team level of bone resorption was obviously better than that of control group （0.58±0.20） mm, （1.43±0.22） ram, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Immediate planting technology （more advanced） periodontal disease treatment, curative effect is distinct and beautiful, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
