腹腔镜手术在宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌的临床应用效果分析

Analysis Clinical Effect of Treatment of Cervical and Endometrial Carcinomas by Laparoscopic Surgery

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的治疗效果。方法本研究回顾性分析了我院收治的子宫内膜癌64例(腹腔镜组46例和18例患者行开腹手术)和宫颈癌患者118例(腹腔镜手术的78例和传统开腹组患者40例),腹腔镜和开腹组患者在手术时间、出血量以及并发症方面进行比较分析。结果经统计学分析腹腔镜的出血量和开腹组的出血量有明显差异(P<0.05);在手术时间方面二者并无明显差异(P<0.05);并发症方面切口液化、淋巴囊肿、肠梗阻等指标与腹腔镜组相比,二者的统计数据均有明显的差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术在治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的效果好于传统的开腹手术,对临床指导具有积极的意义。

Objective To discuss the effect of treatment of cervical and endometrial carcinomas by laparoscopic surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out to compare the clinical parameters of laparoscopic operation and laparotomy, such as operative time, blood loss, complication. Results All laparoscopic surgery of 78 cases with cervical carcinoma and 46 cases with endometrial carcinoma were successful, which was better than traditional surgery with shorter time, more cleaned lymph node, less blood loss, and no seriously postoperative complication. Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gynecologic malignancies is better than traditional open surgery, with positive implications for clinical guidance.
