摘要
阐述建筑信息模型(BIM)技术的主要特点,分析当前国内建筑节能设计评估的发展现状及存在的问题,以建筑节能相关设计和评价标准为参考,提出利用BIM技术对建筑设计中各专业数据信息进行集成管理,以此对建筑的节能设计进行分析与评估,指出利用BIM技术对建筑节能设计进行评估应采用预评估的形式为最佳,并阐述其必要性和可行性。
The main characteristics of BIM are expatiated, the current development of building energy efficiency evaluation systems and their deficiencies are analyzed, taking the standards of building energy efficiency design and evaluation as reference. BIM is proposed to integrate and manage the professional data information in the architectural design, and analyze and evaluate the building energy efficiency design.BIM is the best form to pre-evaluate the building energy efficiency design with the necessity and feasibility.
