摘要
在全国学校建筑设计"绿色、节能"的主旋律下,设计出经济合理的学生宿舍热水系统是给排水节能设计的重中之重。在浙江温州滨海职业教育中心项目的给排水节能评估过程中,评估单位对寄宿制学校宿舍生活热水几种制备方案进行了分析研究,通过比较各系统初投资、散热量及单位热水的制备成本,总结出空气源热泵热水系统是适合夏热冬冷地区的相对经济的热水制备方式。评估的结论对夏热冬冷地区同类工程(包括宿舍群或其他集中供热的建筑群)的设计具有一定的指导意义。
In accordance with the"Green and Energy-Saving"principle in school architectural design over the country, we attach great importance to the design of an economic and reasonable hot water supply system used in the dormitory. In evaluation of water supply and drainage energy-saving design of Zhejiang Wenzhou Binhai Vocational Education Center, the evaluator analyzed and studied several preparation proposals of dormitory hot water supply system in the boarding school, compared initial investments, heat dissipating capacity, and preparation unit costs, and drew the conclusion that air-source heat pump hot water system is the comparatively economic hot water preparation way suitable for hot-summer and cold-winter area. The conclusion might also instructive to the design of similar projects(including dormitory complex or other building complex with central heating system) in hot-summer and cold-winter area.
