盐酸伐昔洛韦治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Valaciclovir Hydrochlordide in the Treatment of Recurrent Genital Herpes

目的:探讨采用盐酸伐昔洛韦治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的临床效果。方法:选取2011年4月-2013年8月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的86例复发性生殖器疱疹患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组43例,对照组采用阿昔洛韦治疗,观察组采用盐酸伐昔洛韦治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效及复发情况。结果:经治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率93.0%(40/43)明显高于对照组的69.8%(30/43),复发率4.7%(2/43)明显低于对照组的23.3%(10/43),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用盐酸伐昔洛韦治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的临床疗效显著,能够提高治疗总有效率,降低复发率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of using Valaciclovir Hydrochlordide in the treatment of recurrent genital herpes.Method：86 patients with recurrent genital herpes in our hospital from April 2011 to August 2013 were selected,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Acyclovir,the observation group was treated with Valaciclovir Hydrochlordide.The clinical effect and recurrence between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 93.0%（40/43）,it was significantly higher than 69.8%（30/43） of control group,the recurrence rate of observation group was 4.7%（2/43）,it was significantly lower than 23.3%（10/43） of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of Valaciclovir Hydrochloride in the treatment of recurrent genital herpes is remarkable,can improve the total efficiency of treatment,reduce recurrence rate,is worthy of clinical use.
