子宫腺肌瘤腹腔镜手术临床应用效果观察

The Effect Observation of Clinical Application on Laparoscopic Surgery of Uterine Adenomyoma

目的:研究分析腹腔镜手术在子宫腺肌瘤治疗中的临床价值。方法:选取2011年2月-2013年2月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的120例子宫腺肌瘤患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各60例,其中对照组给予开腹手术,观察组给予子宫腺肌瘤腹腔镜手术。观察比较两组患者的手术时间、术中失血量、住院天数、并发症发生情况及术后复发情况。结果:观察组的手术时间和住院天数均明显短于对照组,术中失血量明显少于对照组,并发症发生率3.3%和术后复发率6.7%均明显低于对照组的13.3%和20.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术在子宫腺肌瘤的治疗中具有重要的应用价值,创伤小、安全可靠且能够促进患者的预后,并可显著降低并发症的发生率与术后复发率,值得临床推广。

Objective：To study the clinical value of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of uterine adenomyoma.Method：120 patients with uterine adenomyoma admitted to our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was given open operation,the observation group was given laparoscopic surgery of uterine adenomyoma.The operation time,volume of blood loss during operation,length of stay,occurrence of complications and postoperative recurrence between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The operation time and length of stay in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group,the volume of blood loss during operation was significantly less than control group,the incidence of complications and postoperative recurrence rate in observation group were 3.3% and 6.7%,wihich were significantly lower than 13.3% and 20.0% in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Laparoscopic surgery has the important application value in the treatment of uterine adenomyoma,little trauma,safe and reliable and can promote the prognosis of patients,and can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate,is worthy of clinical application.
