摘要
目的:分析四君子汤加味治疗胃癌术后患者的临床疗效。方法:选取笔者所在医院2011年6月-2013年12月诊治的60例胃癌术后患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组各30例。其中对照组采用常规营养支持等进行治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加用四君子汤加味治疗,对两组患者术后不良反应发生情况进行对比分析。结果:研究结果显示,试验组发生2例腹胀、3例恶心呕吐、2例营养障碍,不良反应发生率为23.33%(7/30),对照组发生5例腹胀、7例恶心呕吐、4例营养不良,不良反应发生率为53.33%(16/30),试验组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(字2=5.71,P<0.05)。结论:四君子汤加味治疗胃癌术后患者具有良好的临床效果,能有效减少不良反应发生,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of Decoction of Four Mild Drugs in the treatment of patients after the stomach cancer surgery.Method:60 patients who experienced the stomach cancer surgeries and accepted treatment in our hospital from June 2011 to December 2013 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the routine nursing,the observation group was treated with the Decoction of Four Mild Drugs on the basis of the control group.The adverse reactions after the surgeries of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The results of study showed that,in the observation group,abdominal distension occurred in 2 cases,nausea and vomiting occurred in 3 cases,nutrition disorder occurred in 2 cases,the incidence of adverse reaction was 23.33%(7/30).In the control group,abdominal distension occurred in 5 cases,nausea and vomiting occurred in 7 cases,nutrition disorder occurred in 4 cases,the incidence of adverse reaction was 53.33%(16/30),the incidence of adverse reaction in observation group was significantly lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant( χ^2=5.71,P〈0.05).Conclusion:The Decoction of Four Mild Drugs in the treatment of patients after the stomach cancer surgery has a good clinical effect,which can effectively decrease the occurrence of the adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical application.
