地震后灾民疾病谱时间性变化分析

The Analysis of Temporal Changes of Disease Spectrum in Victims after the Earthquake

目的：分析地震中心灾民疾病病情随时间变化规律性。方法：对4.20地震后地震灾区中心村1600名灾民及抗震救灾官兵一个月内疾病谱变化进行分析。结果：地震后第1-3天以外伤为主,地震后第4-7天以呼吸道疾病及消化道疾病为主,第8-14天以皮肤病及呼吸系统疾病为主,第15-30天以呼吸系统疾病及皮肤病为主,普查血压高的村民动态随访后仅有2名确诊为高血压。结论：大灾来临后,针对疾病谱变化,捐赠药品应该按不同时期疾病谱变化捐赠,以免缺药或者大量浪费。建议捐赠到一线药品以口服药为主。

Objective：To analyze the disease pattern related to time course in earthquake victims following a major earthquake.Method：The changes of disease spectrum in one month following the 4.20 earthquake were analyzed retrospectively among 1600 earthquake victims and relief officers in a village located in the earthquake epicenter.Result：Trauma accounted for a majority of diseases in 1-3 days after the earthquake,respiratory tract and gastrointestinal diseases were most significant in 4-7 days after the earthquake,the skin disease and respiratory system diseases were major conditions in 8-14 days after the earthquake,and in 15-30 days after the earth quake,the conditions were mainly related to the respiratory disease and skin disease.Dynamic follow-up of villagers with elevated blood pressure confirmed the diagnosis of high blood pressure in 2 people.Conclusion：After a major natural disaster,medical donations should be adjusted according to changes in disease pattern related to time course following the disaster to avoid shortage or wasting of medical resources.Donation of first-line oral medications are recommended.
