基于FANUC 0i的机床控制系统设计与研究

摘要 本文以FANUC 0i系列数控系统为研究平台,对机床的数控改造进行电气控制系统设计。首先介绍了电气控制系统的组成,然后阐述了CNC(Computer Number Control)的连接与调试,并将其分为强电调试与弱电调试两大块,分步骤进行调试。重点研究了电源、急停在电气回路中的控制要求以及PMC(Programmable Machine Controller)的功能调试,最后通过上电联机调试,验证机床的可靠性和安全性。 This article takes FANUC 0I Series CNC system as the research platform, and designs electrical control system of the machine tool. It first introduces the components of the electric Control system, and then expounds the CNC (Computer Number Control) connection and debugging, divided into two steps:high voltage debugging and low voltage debugging. Research is mainly focused on the control requirement of the power supply and Emergency in the electric circuits, and PMC (Programmable Machine Controller) function debugging. Finally, verify the reliability and security of the Machine tool through on-line debugging.
