摘要
通过对高校学报资源的认识,加强学术期刊管理,提高学术期刊利用率,制定合理制度,实行科学管理,使学报资源发挥更大的作用。
Through the understanding of the resources of journals of colleges and universities , strengthening the management of academic periodicals , improve the utilization rate of academic journals , establisthing a reasonable system,the implementation of scientific management ,is the Journal of resources to play a greater role .
