日本中小企业技术创新模式的演变分析

An Analysis of the Evolution of Japanese SMEs' Technological Innovation Modes

日本中小企业的技术创新模式经历了从模仿创新到合作创新的演变过程。日本政府根据日本中小企业的特征推动了这一演变进程,促使日本中小企业的技术创新从被动适应型转变到主动开拓型。21世纪以来,集群创新、官产学等合作创新模式使日本中小企业的生产技术水平快速提高。借鉴日本的经验,中国中小企业应根据中国当前国情选择合作模仿创新模式来提高产品技术水平与产品的差异化程度,以应对日益复杂的国内外经济环境。

The innovation modes of Japanese small and medium enterprises（ SMEs） experienced episodes of imitative innovation and cooperative innovation. Since the 21 st century,the clustering innovation and government- university- industry cooperation innovation improve SMEs＇ technological innovation quickly.This paper analyzes the evolution of Japanese SMEs＇ technological innovation modes and evolution reasons and effects on the basis of systematically analyzing imitative innovation and cooperative innovation. The result indicates that Chinese small and medium enterprises should choose the appropriate innovation modes in accordance with the current circumstance to deal with increasingly complex economic environments at home and abroad.
