摘要 采用静态试验方式对餐厨垃圾在高温条件下的水解酸化过程进行了研究,探讨了总固体含量(TS)分别为10%、20%与27%时,物料水解酸化过程中p H、C/N、氨氮、醇类的变化及挥发性有机酸(VFA)的累积情况.结果表明,试验期间,3种TS条件下物料的p H值均基本稳定在4~5之间,并于3~5 d内达到最低值;C/N值与VFA的累积有关,呈先升高后降低趋势;总醇浓度总体上呈降低趋势;3种TS条件下的氨氮平均质量浓度分别在200 mg·L^-1左右、600~900 mg·L^-1之间和600~1 300 mg·L^-1之间;VFA浓度不断上升,分别由1 008,2 382,2 887 mg·L^-1升至2 282,5 665,7 159 mg·L^-1,VFA累积浓度与含固量成正相关. Hydrolysis and acidogenesis process for different solid contents found in kitchen waste (TS 10%, 20% and 27%) are observed under thermophilic condition, and the variations ofpH, C/N, ammonia,alcohols and VFA are investigated with statics experiment. The results indicate that in the 3 different solid contents of kitchen waste, pH value drop rapidly to 4-5 and meet the minimum value in 3-5 days; C/N ratio, because of the accumulation of VFA, increase first and then decrease. The concentration of alcohol shows an overall decreasing trend. The average concentrations of ammonia are found to be 200 mg·L^-1, 600-900 mg·L^-1, and 600-1 300mg·L^-1, respectively. VIA has a rising trend from 1 008, 2 382 and 2887mg·L^-1 to 2 282, 5 665 and 7 159mg·L^-1 respectively. There is a positive correlation between solid content and VFA, that is, the higher the solid content in waste is, the higher the VFA value reaches.
