To the Construction of Logistics Information System to Enhance Competitiveness of China Tobacco Industry

文章运用物流信息系统理论,从商业和工业两方面论述烟草企业基于供应链的物流信息系统模型,将工业信息系统和商业信息系统有机连接起来,力图通过整合烟草生产企业与烟草商业企业的资源,构筑高效、顺畅的现代化物流信息系统,实现工商统一的仓储、运输、订货、配送及补货机制,减少中间流通环节,降低运营成本,增强市场响应力,扩大市场影响力,从而为提高我国烟草的竞争力提供参考。

In this paper, applying the theory of logistics information system is discussed from two aspects of commercial and in- dustrial tobacco enterprise logistics information system model based on supply chain, the industrial organic connection information systems and business information system, thwugh the integration of tobacco production enterprises and tobacco commercial enter- prise resources, build efficient and smooth modem logistics information system, realize the consolidated industrial and commercial warehousing, transportation, order, distribution and replenishment mechanism, the decrease of the intermediate circulation, reduce operating costs, improve market responsiveness, expand the market influence, so as to provide reference for enhancing the compet- itiveness of China＇s tobacco.
