摘要
利用超外差频谱仪测量脉冲信号时,经常会出现频谱显示不连续,导致功率、带宽测试不准确的情况。介绍了超外差频谱仪的工作原理,在此基础上介绍了利用超外差频谱仪测试脉冲信号的方法。利用此方法可以获得连续的频谱,进而可以获得准确的测试结果。
The discontinuous spectrum display often occurs when the superheterodyne spectrometer is used to test the pulse signal,which will lead to inaccurate power and bandwidth. The working principle of superheterodyne spectrometer is introduced in this paper. The pulse signal testing method based on the superheterodyne spectrometer is given,with which the continuous spectrum and accurate testing results can be obtained.
