摘要
为了提高教学质量,在Robert Talber翻转课堂实施结构模型的基础上,提出适合《软件项目管理》课程改进的翻转课堂教学模型。模型的实施以课程的一次主题内容"完成教学管理系统——需求规格说明书"为例,展示了翻转课堂的实际教学过程和良好的教学效果。文中还进一步探讨了翻转课堂是从以往传统方式下从注重教师"教"向注重学生"学"的转变,是填鸭式的"教"、被动式的"学",向教师引导式的"教"、自主探究式的"学"的一种转变。结论是:翻转课堂,值得在今后的教育教学改革中进一步深化和推广。
In order to improve the quality of teaching, basic implementation structure model in Robert Talber flip classroom, classroom teaching model for the proposed flip "software project management" course improved. Implementation of the model with a theme of "the completion of the course content of teaching management system requirements specification" as an example to show the practical teaching process flipped classroom and good teaching effect. The paper also discusses the flipped classroom is from the previous traditional way from paying attention to "teach" to focus on students "learning" the transformation, is spoon feeding "teaching" and "learning" to the passive, teacher guided "teaching" , independent inquiry of the "learning" a shift. The conclusion is: the flipped classroom, worthy of further deepening and promotion in the education teaching reform in the future.
