我国廉租房政策初探

中华民族是一个重视居住的民族,住房被很多老百姓认为是安身立命的根本。但是近年来,全国范围内比较普遍的高房价却让很多的家庭望而却步。城市中的困难家庭对这一点体会更加明显,为了解决城市中购房困难的家庭的居住问题,我国出台了廉租房政策,以期让城市中的困难家庭享受到比较优惠的租住价格和比较优良的居住条件。本文简单梳理了廉租房政策并对其做出简单评述。

The Chinese nation is a nation living in importance, housing is considered to be the foundation for a lot of people＇s fundamental.But in recent years, more generally, a nationwide high prices discouraged so many families.The city＇s needy families appreciate this point more clearly,in order to solve the housing problem of urban households purchase difficult, the government promulgated the low-rent housing policy, to make the city of needy families enjoy more favorable rental prices and relatively good living conditions.This article briefly reviews the low-rent housing policy and make it simple reviewed.
