摘要
为了提高电路单板测试效率和降低生产成本,进而提高整机的可靠性,提出了基于MSP430自动化单板测试系统方案。该系统通用性好、操作方便、具有良好的扩展性,也极大地提高了单板测试的效率,保证了测试结果的可靠性,减少了测试时间,节约了人力成本,同时也为后续测试系统的开发提供了良好的借鉴。
In order to improve the Board Testing efficiency and reduce production cost, and to improve the reliability of the whole machine, we propose a method of Automatic board-testing system based on MSP430. With this method, the system excels at its universality, operability and scalability, and also greatly increasing the efficiency and reliability of the Board Testing Systems, thus reduces the time and labor required for board testing.
