乌鲁木齐市红雁池水厂改扩建项目系统选择与设计

System selection and design of Hongyanchi Water Treatment Plant extension project in Urumqi

摘要 针对乌鲁木齐市红雁池水厂的原水水质和老系统存在的问题,在分析改扩建项目技术需求及难点、重点的基础上,提出在此次扩建的10万m3/d新系统中采用以高效沉淀、浸没式超滤膜为核心的组合工艺,并介绍了改扩建项目的技术特点和设计参数。实际运行表明,该工艺可确保出厂水浊度<0.1NTU、耗氧量<2mg/L、氨氮<0.3mg/L,处理效果稳定,供水安全性高。 To solve the problems in the raw water quality and old system of Hongyanchi Water Treatment Plant in Urumqi City,based on the analysis on technical requirements,difficulty,and key points of the extension proj ect,this study proposed that the combined process with the essence of high-density sedimentation and immerged ultrafiltration might be adopted in the extension pro-ject with 100 000 m3/d.The technical characteristics and design parameters of this extension pro-j ect were also introduced.The practical operation showed that this process could keep the turbidity in effluent below 0.1 NTU,CODMn below 2 mg/L,and ammonia nitrogen below 0.3 mg/L;the treatment effects were stable and the water supply security was also excellent.
