摘要
炼油石化企业催化剂生产废水属于难降解废水,针对厂区曝气生物流化床(ABFT)处理工艺存在的生物载体易磨损变形,载体表面产生板结造成气、水阻塞导致处理效果难以保证等问题,试验采用MBBR工艺对废水主要污染物COD和NH3—N的去除效果进行了考察。运行结果显示,MBBR工艺较ABFT工艺处理催化剂废水更具稳定性和经济性,当填料投加率为35%时,工艺对废水中COD和NH3—N的去除能力达到最优,且系统的抗冲击负荷能力较强。同时处理成本为2.6元/m3,比原工艺节约了51.9%,具有更较好的经济效益。
There are problems in catalyst production wastewater treatment by aerobic biological fluidize bed technology (ABFT). For example, the biological carrier is inclined to be worn and deformed, the fouling on carrier surface might block of air or water. This experiment studied the removal of COD and NH3 -- N in wastewater by MBBR process. The results showed that stability and economy of removal performance of MBBR on COD and NH3 --N was better than ABFT. When the filler dosage was 35 %, the removal on COD and NH3-- N of this process was maximum and the resistance to impact load was also strong. The cost was 2. 6 Yuan/m3 , compared with former process, it saveed about 51. 9 G in cost and showed better economic benefits.
