摘要
针对近年来发生暴雨时镇江市区内涝积水现象频发的问题,采用城市排水管网模拟系统(Digital Water Simulation)构建镇江市主城区排水管网模型,并对不同降雨情景下的排水管网进行动态仿真模拟。基于模拟结果分析排水管网水力负荷,评估主城区排水能力;根据积水深度、积水范围和淹没时间等信息,采用情景评估法,计算内涝风险指数,进行主城区内涝风险评估与区划,为城市防涝综合规划和防涝管理提供参考。
To address the frequent occurrence of rainstorm waterlogging in Zhenjiang City in recent years, the model for the drainage network in the central zone of Zhenjiang City was built by using the ur- ban drainage network simulation system (DigitalWater Simulation) and dynamically simulated the operat- ing conditions of the drainage network in different rainfall scenarios. The hydraulic loading of the drainage network was analyzed and the drainage capacity was assessed based on the simulation results. According to the depth and area of waterlogging, inundation time and other related information, the waterlogging risk index was calculated by scenario assessment method to assess and prioritize the waterlogging risk. The as- sessment results provided some reasonable suggestions for the comprehensive plan and management of the urban rainstorm waterlogging.
