摘要
目的:促进静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)工作水平的提高。方法:从审方、记费、复核贴签与摆药、复核包装、退药各环节比较我院PIVAS信息系统优化前后的情况。结果:与优化前比较,优化后系统在实现与医护人员的即时交流、记费的自动化和准确性、自动提示标签相关信息、病区成品送货时自动编号、规范退药操作及统计查询功能方面更加完善,从而提高了工作效率、工作准确率和服务质量。结论:PIVAS通过不断优化其信息系统可有效提高工作水平。
OBJECTIVE: To promote all kinds of work in Pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS). METHODS: The functions of information system were compared before and after optimization in terms of medical order examination, charging, label recheck and drug dispensing, packaging recheck and drug repercussion. RESULTS: Compared with before optimization, the system is more perfect in terms of immediate communication with doctors, automatic charging and its accuracy, prompting label information automatically, numbering finished product automatically, standardizing drug repercussion operation and statistic query function. It improves work efficiency, accuracy and service quality. CONCLUSIONS: The optimization of information system can promote all kinds of work in PIVAS.
