Examination and Access Way for Clinical Pharmacist Trainees in the Training Base

目的:建立临床药师培训基地学员考核的准入方式,为优选临床药师培训学员提供参考。方法:从考核方式、考核内容、考核流程等方面介绍我基地临床药师学员的选拔方法。结果与结论:我基地临床药师学员的选拔,首先由院临床药师培训工作领导小组讨论确定考核方式,接着确定包括理论考核和面试考核在内的考核内容,然后制定包括筛选报名信息、核准报名信息、组织学员考核、汇总考核成绩、下发录取通知等在内的考核流程。通过这种规范化的、利用客观笔试结合主观面试的集中考试方式,能够较为详细、真实地了解学员的药学理论基础、临床知识储备、学习动机、综合能力等,也能体现学员之间的差距,做到择优录取;这是规范化培训的表现之一,在一定程度上可促进学员学习的积极性,是优选临床药师培训学员的较为有效的准入方式。

OBJECTIVE： To establish the access way for clinical pharmacist trainees in the training base, and to provide refer ence for the selection of excellent trainees. METHODS： The selection method of clinical pharmacist trainees in our hospital was in troduced from examination method, examination content and examination process, etc. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： For the se lection of clinical pharmacist trainees, firstly, clinical pharmacist training work leading group discuss and decide the examination method; secondly, they determine the examination content including theory examination and interview; thirdly, they formulate ex amination process including screening registration information, checking registration information, organizing examination, summa rizing examination results, issuing admission notice, etc. The standard concentrate method of written examination combined with in terview can better understand their pharmacy theoretical basis, clinical knowledge levels, study motivation, comprehensive capaci ties and so on. It also reflects the gap among trainees and admits the best examinee; and it is one of the manifestations of standard ized training, to a certain extent, can promote the enthusiasm of learning. It is the effective and preferred access way to choose the suitable clinical pharmacist trainees.
