脂氧素相关受体研究进展

摘要 脂氧素是由Serhan等[1]在人类白细胞中发现的一种花生四烯酸(AA)的代谢产物,通过细胞表面的多种膜受体在炎症反应及免疫应答中发挥重要的调节作用.目前已发现的参与介导脂氧素生物学效应的受体包括脂氧素A4受体(ALX)、半胱氨酸白三烯受体1(CysLT1)和芳烃受体(AhR).笔者就脂氧素相关受体及其下游信号通路的研究进展进行综述.
