摘要 发电机组是由内燃机和发电机构成的发电系统。出于柴油发电机组系统仿真效率和精度的需要,提出了一种基于AMESim虚拟环境的软件仿真方案。根据6k W柴油发电机组的结构形式利用各应用库中的元件建立了机组的系统仿真模型;对机组进行不同转速下的稳定输出电压和额定负载下的气缸压力仿真,并与试验数据对比证明了模型的正确性;在此基础上,对机组进行了空载起动特性和带负载特性仿真,结果表明6柴油发电机组转速瞬态调整率较小,调节时间亦较短,能够显示良好的动态特性。 Elgenerating set is generator power generation system composed of internal combustion engine and electric generator.A software simulation method based on AMESim vitual was proposed to match the simulation efficiency and accuracy of diesel generator set.The system simulation model was built according to the structure of 6kW diesel generator set and using the unit system of the library.The stability output voltage and cylinder pressure had been simulated and caculated in the specified speed for the set,and proved the validity of the model through the comparison with test data Above on,the set's no-load starting characteristics and on-load characteristics were simulated and analyzed by using the calibrated simulation model,and the result showed that 6kW diesel generator set has the smaller speed and transient sdjust rate,and a relatively short period of time to just,showing a good dynamic characteristics.
