摘要 针对目前某款纯电动汽车驾驶室内噪声较大的问题,研究动力总成中变速器的振动对驾驶室内噪声的影响。运用阶次跟踪的方法分析出变速器的主要振动源为齿轮传动系统中的高速级与低速级齿轮啮合,通过对3种变速器进行理论与试验分析,得到变速器振动产生的噪声通过空气传播对驾驶员耳旁声压产生主要影响,影响的频率段为1000Hz以上的中高频段。另外3种变速器由于重合度的提高,减小了齿轮啮合振动,对降低驾驶室内的噪声起到了一定的作用。 The vibration influence of gearbox of power train on pure electric vehicle cab noise was analyzed based on the big noise in a pure electric vehicle cab.The order tracking method was used to analyze the resource of the gearbox vibration.It was found that the high-speed level and low-speed level gear tooth engagement were the main factors for the gearbox vibration.Besides,three gearboxes were researched through theoretical analysis and experimental comparison.It was concluded that the noise generated by gearbox vibration had great influence on driver's ear sound pressure.And the influenced rang of frequency was above 1000Hz.The vibration of gearbox was reduced through the improvement of gear coincidence degree.It played a role in reducing EV cab noise.
