摘要
现代仿生技术的发展使得对动物的某些结构特征研究越发重要,动物头骨的复杂性使其具有很大的研究意义。选取较为容易获得的暹罗鳄和东北虎模型作为研究对象,研究了基于反求工程的暹罗鳄和东北虎头骨三维实体模型重构。经CT扫描得到原始点云数据之后,利用mimics、geomagic、solidworks软件对数据经行处理,从点到线,再到面,最终得到暹罗鳄和东北虎头骨的实体模型数据。使用反馈修复提高了模型建立的精准度;建立的实体模型为之后的仿生分析奠定了基础,同时也可用于快速原型制造。
The development of modern bionic technology makes some researches of structural features of animals more important,and the complexity of animal skull makes it has great significance.Selecting the Siamese crocodile and the Siberian tiger models as the research object is more readily available,and studies the three-dimensional solid model reconstruction of the Siamese crocodile skull and the Siberian tiger skull based on reverse engineering.After the CT scan to get the raw point cloud data,uses mimics,geomagic,solidworks software for data processing,from point to line,then face,finally getsthe solid model data ofthe Siamese crocodile skull and the Siberian tiger skull.Uses feedback repair to improve the accuracy of models; the solid model lays the foundation for the subsequent bionic analysis,and also can be used for rapid prototyping.
